Using some fantastic DSLR RGB data from Tanja, I added one-hour’s worth of hydrogen alpha data I shot with the same optics and a QSI683 to get this composite image of M42, the Orion Nebula and the Running Man. It needs more time in Ha to get a cleaner result, but I was pretty happy with the initial attempt and testing of our CCD.
