2012-07-14 My best sun photo so far, huge sunspots at AR1520

This was the best turnout I’ve had yet of the sun. The gigantic sunspots on active region 1520 (AR1520) make that a little easier, of course.

And here is how I did it. Afocal projection on a 90mm refractor with an HD webcam and white-light black film solar filter.
